WORK FOR THE MAN NO MORE

To coin the buzzword of the moment, there is a new paradigm in Indigenous affairs that offers the nation fresh hope for a lasting improvement in the chronic disadvantage of the First Australians.
It goes beyond creating jobs for First Australians to reduce their dependence on welfare. Important as this has been, it is now the old paradigm.
